Today's Food Breakdown

Breakfast
  • Oatmeal with almond milk and a splash of amaretto coffee cream
  • 1/2 cup of egg whites - I gave the rest to Daisy I wasn't all that hungry this morning for some reason.
  • 2 mango sunflower sanwich crackers (100 calories)
Lunch
  • 1 Dannon strawberry yogurt
  • 1 whole wheat pita breat
  • 1 oz cheese
  • 1 whole tomatoes
Dinner
  • 4 oz Tilapia fillet
  • broccoli salad
  • 2 mango sunflower sandwhich crackers (100 calories)
Snacks
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tbsp raw almond butter (200 calories)
Total Calories - 1245 calories

Exercise
  • Round 2 with J.M Ripped in 30

I'm taking it a little lighter today. My back is killing me.
