Diminishing Days of Freedom

Today's Food Option
  • Slimfast shake and 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 spring mix and 3 oz of london broil
  • 5 wheat crackers and hummus
  • 1/2 serving of pineapple shake
Today's Workout
  • 30 minutes step machine
  • 30 minutes in 15 level incline of treadmill (interval walk and run)

What my office looks like during nursing school --

Ah.. I can almost smell it...


The days are counting and I'm sure in no time the Fall semester will be in full swing. The days of being lazy and not thinking about work is over.

I've been doing real well with diet and exercise. I went to the gym this morning and did an hour of cardio and keeping track of my food.

I should be reading my textbook but not today.


  1. Good job with the exercise and food! I can't believe July is over and we're in August already!

    Summer flew by but that feels like the entire 2012 for me.

  3. Ha! I wish my office was as neat as yours! You're correct, Fall semester is right around the corner and after being out of school since March, I'm raring to get back! I've been trying to get into the swing of reading books but my heart's not quite into it just yet. My eyes begin to blur just thinking about it. That and I'll be moving in November makes this a action-packed semester!
